A primary care provider can help you stay healthy with routine checkups and vaccinations, and can also refer you to a specialist if needed.

Annual/Basic Physical Examinations: An annual or basic physical examination is a comprehensive examination of your entire health.
School/Sports — Often required or recommended by schools, a Participation Physical Examination (PPE) reviews existing conditions and can confirm healthy participation in school and/or sports activities.
Neurological Testing: HCS is the only family medicine and urgent care facility that has in-house neurological testing.
Health Test and Screenings — We know what test to order or refer out to help diagnose any symptoms you have been having
Pre-Operation Physicals: A pre-op physical is necessary for anyone who has a scheduled surgery. At HCS we can provide the physical needed and sign documents giving you clearance for your operation.
